What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an off-site independent contractor who provides administrative services to small businesses remotely, from their own home office. Do you have a project that has been sitting on your desk - you know, the one you'll 'get to' when you get some free time? That's something that a VA can help you with! A VA is available to help you with the work you need, just when you need it.

Do we need to be in the same timezone to work together?

We work in the EST during regular business hours, but you don't need to. We do all of our communication via email with the exception of scheduled phone calls for production purposes so you can be located anywhere! You can send us work during your work hours and we will process it during ours.

What if I need to phone you about something?

Please understand that we need time to get your work done. We work with email because it helps us to stay on the task at hand and group your work tasks together for maximum productivity. If you do need to speak with us for any reason, please send us an email to schedule a phone call so that we can fit it into our schedule appropriately.

Do you give complimentary consultations?

We provide a free consultation phone call (up to 30 minutes) to determine your VA needs. We will determine during our phone call whether we are a good fit to work together. If so, we will provide you with our Client Information Package, and then we get started!

How much will it cost me?

Our base rate starts at $55/hour, but we set up package pricing for our clients wherever possible. Whether you need help with just social media, or running a teleseminar or if you need full service Internet marketing, social media and e-commerce, we will put together a package that suits you.

What type of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted via Paypal at this time (no Paypal account is required to pay via Paypal). All fees are due and payable upon receipt of your invoice.

Do you accept referral business?

Most definitely! We are always happy when our clients refer others to us. In fact, we are setting up a referral program for our clients for just this reason!
