When I saw the scheduling point, i instantly thought of the videos I’ve seen for the new iPhone 4s – it seems to have a built in, voice activated personal assistant which responds to commands such as ‘remind me to..’ ‘book an appointment for’ ‘change my meeting to 2pm’ etc – take a look on youtube if you havent already, it could certainly help with scheduling issues! Another point you could add is telephone answering/call handling – a lot of companies are doing this as a way to remain responsive to customers 24/7 (answering calls out of working hours or when there is nobody to take the call) – just a thought :-).
